Credit Cards

We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Limitation of Liability

Operating a CNC machine involves inherent risks. By purchasing and using a Zenbot CNC machine, you acknowledge that you are responsible for safe operation, proper training, and adherence to all applicable safety practices.

Zenbot CNC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of materials, loss of business, loss of profits, or damage to projects or equipment arising from the use or inability to use the machine.

Use of this equipment is at your own risk. The customer assumes full responsibility for operation, supervision, and compliance with all local laws and safety regulations.

Multiple Product Orders

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available.  You will not be charge any additional shipping if we are unable to ship all products in one shipment.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Zenbot CNC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Other Conditions

These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. Zenbot CNC reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available.  CNC routers typically ship 2-3 weeks after the order is placed.  You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be confident in your purchase and fully satisfied with your Zenbot CNC machine. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The machine must be in good working condition and free of abuse, misuse, or modification

  • All original components, accessories, and parts must be included

  • The machine must be properly packaged to prevent damage during return transit

Because Zenbot CNC machines are large equipment, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Before a return is approved, we ask that you contact us so we can assist with troubleshooting and setup. Many issues can be resolved quickly, and we want to make sure you get the most from your machine. If working together to resolve an issue extends beyond the 30-day window, we will still honor the satisfaction guarantee.

SOFTWARE IS NON REFUNDABLE.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be collected on orders where required by applicable state and local laws. Tax rates are determined based on the shipping destination and current regulations. If your order is exempt from sales tax, you may be required to provide valid documentation before the order is processed.

Shipping Policy

Typically orders are shipped 2-3 weeks after the order is placed.  if you have a time sensitive order, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution. 
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Zenbot CNC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Zenbot CNC shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Zenbot CNC will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.

Warranty

Zenbot CNC warrants its machines to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Structural components

  • Mechanical assemblies

  • Electronics supplied by Zenbot CNC

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear items (belts, bits, bearings, consumables, etc.)

  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper setup, lack of maintenance, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

  • Damage caused by improper electrical supply or environmental conditions

Warranty service may include repair or replacement of defective parts at Zenbot CNC’s discretion. Labor for installation, shipping of replacement parts, and on-site service are not included unless otherwise specified.

Zenbot Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied with the quality of your Zenbot, return it for a full refund, minus shipping.  We doubt you will though.  Everyone loves their Zenbot.
